the family owned the hotel.. they seemed to take great pride in it. the hotel looked very customer friendly. the location proved lovely and very central.

the staff was helpfull. i got a city map when i arrived, and they explained where everything was. fresh pastries were avaliable in the morning as a gift from the owners. you could buy coffee for 1€, i thought this was very convinient.
the air conditioning was very NOISY. it was located in an old neighborhood with narrow streets.

the staff was friendly and accommodating. the reception desk was manned 24/7 offering added SECURITY. they did everything with a smile, and i felt welcomed throughout my stay at the hotel.

the hotel provided a communal area DOWNSTAIRS with tea and coffee. i appreciated the availability of pastries and cakes in the morning. the hotel was secure with doors only opened for residents, a great feature.

the location was central i could walk everywhere. free tea and pastries were available in the lobby each morning. the staff were friendly and remembered my name i appreciated that.
the air conditioning was quite noisy i found it disruptive at night. the streets in the area were narrow this made it a little difficult to navigate. there was some street noise at night.

The staff gave ice and a cane when my partner had a sprain. The next day they provided a wheelchair. I felt grateful, because he could explore the city thanks to their kindness.
The air conditioning was noisy. The neighborhood includes old, very narrow streets.

the location is amazing it is right in the center. the staff i met are very friendly i did not expect this from a hostel! the room have everything i needed i was very happy.
the room was a little small. we had to spend time in the lobby so we did not feel so enclosed
